A Different Kind of Hearing Practice: The Rankin Way

We don’t just meet our patient’s expectations, we rise above them.

The Rankin Way means we make a promise to every patient who walks into our office.

Your hearing health experience will surpass your expectations; by experiencing how a 60 minute consultation could improve your life, by seeing what the word after-care really means. We do this by providing you with the most skilled and highly trained hearing health practitioners available – Your doctor.

We promise every patient:

A first class facility and doctor of audiology to call your own, the resources to lead you to a successful hearing rehabilitation, the tools to make life comfortable again, a team to back you up every step of the way, and a world-class product, Starkey Hearing Technologies.

We do this because we want Rankin Audiology to be synonymous with the best hearing professionals in the industry. We want everyone to know that we hand-pick every practitioner for our office. Because with the best practitioners comes care to outshine every idea a patient has about their experience. It also comes with trust, knowing we are providing the best hearing recommendations possible for our patients.

When we make this promise, we are improving lives.

Melissa Bolton

Melissa Bolton

Patient Care Coordinator

Melissa started working with Dr. Rankin in August of 2018. She has been married for almost 19 years and has three children. One in college, one in his senior year of high school and one in 7th grade! While she considers being a wife and mother one of her biggest accomplishments, she is only 2 classes away from her bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration and has proudly spent the last 20 years working in healthcare.

Her 17 year old son was diagnosed by Dr. Rankin with hearing loss when he was only 10 years old. She is very thankful that her expertise and experience helped us to find the proper resources and hearing instruments to help him throughout his school years!

When you come into our office, Melissa's face is the first and the last you will see, which is why she is continually finding ways to help Rankin Audiology and Hearing stand out and excel in patient satisfaction. Building good relationships with our patients is my priority!
